Spring 2026 Progress Meetings (Parents’ Evening) – Appointment Booking Information

We would like to inform all parents and carers that appointments for our Progress Meetings (Parents’ Evening) will open at midday on Monday 9th March.

These meetings will take place on:

• Tuesday 24th March (evening)
• Wednesday 25th March (evening)

Appointments are available for all classes.
Nursery parents: please note that we will confirm closer to the time whether your appointments will go ahead, depending on Miss Vowels’ return to school.

In addition to the evening sessions, each class will also offer one daytime appointment slot across these two days, for parents who would prefer to attend during the school day.

Booking Window

Appointments will close at midday on Friday 20th March.
Please ensure you book before this deadline, as we are unable to add appointments after the system closes.

How to Book

Bookings can be made through the My Child at School (MCAS) app.

If you have not yet set up MCAS, please download the app and follow the instructions further down this page to access the system and secure your appointment.

Thank You for Attending Parent Consultation Meetings

A huge thank you to everyone who attended parent consultation meetings with your child’s class teacher before the half-term holidays. It was wonderful to see so many of you taking an active interest in your child’s education and supporting their next steps in learning.

Your involvement makes a real difference, and we appreciate your continued support in helping every child reach their full potential.

Miss O’Brien’s Parent Evenings

Miss O’Brien’s parent consultation meetings will take place on 18th, 19th, and 20th November.
Time allocations will go live on 10th November at 12:00pm via the MCAS app.
