Penygawsi Morals and Values
At Penygawsi Primary School, we believe that developing strong morals and values is just as important as achieving academic success. Our values help children to become kind, respectful, responsible and resilient individuals who are ready to make a positive contribution to their school, community and the wider world. By promoting these important qualities, we aim to support every child in making good choices, building positive relationships and developing a strong sense of right and wrong. Throughout the year, we will focus on a different moral or value each month. At the start of every month, our new focus will be introduced during a whole-school assembly, where pupils will explore its meaning and discuss how they can demonstrate it in their daily lives. By working together, we hope to embed these values across our school community and help our children grow into confident, caring and respectful citizens.
